Pre Labour
Drink 2 cups of red raspberry leaf tea a day during the last trimester. This tones and nourishes the womb and enriches breast milk. It is rich in calcium and other minerals. Two cups a day is fine, some books say just one which is OK in a first pregnancy but 2nd or subsequent pregnancies you need more. Also drink a cup of nettle daily as this is rich in iron as well as calcium. We use lots of iron during labour and menstruation and also calcium to make milk.
Go and see your homeopath for constitutional treatment to prepare you for labour.
